By supplying spare parts we can avoid costly returns.  This solution suits manufacturer's, retailers and consumers - it saves time, money and waste.

Some Far eastern manufacturers have found this approach very cost effective and supply the parts our retailers need to avoid product returns.  This reduces costs and increases consumer satisfaction.

In some situations, we are able to recycle returned products by dismantling to create an inventory of spare parts.

We have a large warehouse and sophisticated stock control system which is linked to our call centre and has even been implemented directly in-store:  This means it's quick, easy and efficient to offer a comprehensive warranty replacement part service.
